Ranking question

Ballpark now supports ranking questions, giving you a simple way to ask participants to order options by preference rather than just choosing one or selecting multiple. This makes it easier to understand relative priorities and opens up more of the marketing and consumer research workflows teams already rely on.

How to use:

1. Go into any study

2. Click Add step

3. Select Ranking

4. Add your choices

With ranking questions, teams can capture stronger preference signals by seeing what matters most in context, not just what was picked.

It also means more studies can now be run entirely in Ballpark without needing a separate tool for ranking exercises.

Ranked responses and summaries are available in one place too, making results easier to review, interpret, and share.
