Introduction
Why do companies pick Ballpark over Maze?
When we speak to our customers who have switched to Ballpark from Maze, we find the reasons often boil down to two things - usability and scalability.
Ballpark is often cited as having a lower learning curve and easier for product and research teams to adopt and use more frequently. It's super visual, more like putting together a presentation than your typical research tool.
Scalable pricing is another big factor - Ballpark's mission is to democratise research across your organisation so we've built our pricing model to allow to maximum adoption across your teams, without worrying about receiving a large bill every time you add team members.
Finally, let's talk about video - Ballpark allows you to record video end-to-end meaning whether you're creating a survey, copy or prototype test you can record what participant say or do at every step in your test.
Outside of that, you'll find the ability to test websites without needing to install anything on your site, copy testing and image preference testing capabilities.
