Enterprise Managed is for teams who want research delivered for them — from study setup through to insight delivery — using the same platform, with expert oversight and execution.

Are recruited participants using the Ballpark panels included in the cost?

No. Participant recruitment is priced separately.

If you’d like to recruit using Ballpark’s panels, you can purchase participant credits as needed. You’re also free to bring your own participants at no additional cost.

Is there a charge for using our own participants?

There is no additional cost to share Ballpark studies with your own audience.

Do we still get access to the platform with Enterprise Managed?

Yes. Enterprise Managed includes everything in Enterprise Platform.

You retain visibility into studies, data, and insights, while Ballpark experts handle study creation, deployment, and review. This ensures transparency without requiring you to manage the research yourself.
