Name and email collection

You can now capture participant name and email at the start of any moderated live interview. This makes it easier to identify responses, organise recordings, and follow up with the right people after each session.

Simply enable Collect personal details (PII) in the live session share settings and choose which fields to request. The information is gathered before participants join, giving you clear attribution across notes, transcripts, and insights from the very beginning.
