Cancel active orders

If you launch your recruitment order and change your mind or find that it's taking too long to find participants that match your requirements, you can now instantly cancel the order and get a automatic refund of unused credits.

Previously, if you wanted to cancel an active order, you needed to contact our customer team, who would cancel, then manually refund the credits. Now it's as simple as a few clicks.

How to use:

1. Head to the recruitment orders section
