By analysing the duration of more than 100,000 anonymised participant responses, Ballpark can now accurately predict completion time for every question and task using real behavioural data rather than estimates. This produces highly reliable timing with only a small margin of error, helping you plan recruitment, pricing, and participant experience with far greater confidence.

You can find the new automatic duration estimate on the right-hand side of the Recruit tab while setting up your order. The estimate updates as your study changes, giving you a clear and immediate view of total completion time before launch.

The result is faster setup, fewer surprises during recruitment, and one less manual decision to make when launching research.
