Overview
Turn your customer research into a conversation with Ballpark’s Claude integration. Build studies, recruit participants and explore what people actually said, without leaving Claude.
From your first research question to a deeper look at the results, Claude can work directly with your Ballpark workspace. Describe what you need, refine it together and follow up on interesting findings. Your studies stay in Ballpark, where your team can keep working alongside you.
Here are some of the things you can do with Ballpark and Claude:
Build studies with screeners, rating scales, multiple-choice questions and AI-moderated interviews.
Edit questions and tasks in conversation, with changes reflected in your Ballpark study.
Explore panel audiences and see eligibility counts and costs before confirming recruitment.
Find themes in open-ended responses and interview transcripts, then break them down by segment.
Search your research history and compare findings between studies or markets.
How it works
Connect your Ballpark account to Claude to get started:
Open Ballpark in the Claude directory using the Install Now button.
Add the connector and follow the prompts to sign in to your Ballpark account.
Start a conversation with Ballpark enabled and describe a study you want to create or a question about your research.
Refine your study, choose an audience or explore your results with follow-up questions.
You choose your audience and review the cost before confirming an order. Recruitment only starts when you give the go-ahead.
Example prompts
Try asking: “Create a study to understand what new customers find confusing during onboarding.” When the results are ready, ask: “Which parts caused the most confusion, and how did that differ between new and experienced users?”
Recruit participants
“Suggest audiences for this study: UK online shoppers who buy groceries at least once a week.”
“How much would 100 participants from that audience cost?”
“Go ahead and place the order we just reviewed.”
Analyse your research
“What are the top three reasons people gave for abandoning checkout? Include quotes from their responses.”
“How do first-time customers and returning customers differ in their feedback?”
“Find our past studies on pricing and summarise the themes that keep coming up.”
Work with your other tools
Connect your other tools to Claude alongside Ballpark to take your findings further. Available actions depend on the tools you have connected and the access you’ve granted.
“Summarise the onboarding study and turn the key findings into a Miro board for our team review.”
“Write up the findings from this study as a research report in our Notion research hub.”
“Create Linear tickets for the usability issues in this study, ranked by how many participants encountered each one.”
