
You can now automatically delete studies on a schedule based on their creation date—making data retention and compliance far easier to manage.
Instead of manually tracking down old studies to meet internal policies or regulatory requirements, studies can now be removed automatically, saving hours of admin and reducing compliance risk.
The feature is available to account owners and admins, and lets you:
Set a retention period from 3 months up to 5 years
See which studies are scheduled for deletion and which have already been deleted
Exempt specific studies from deletion if you need to keep them
