New security features for share links

Set expiry dates

You can now set your share links to automatically stop working at 11:59 pm (UTC) on a date you choose. This gives you more control over time-limited research and helps you manage when people can access your projects.

Turn on Set expiry date in the Advanced security settings when sharing any project.

Deactivate share links

If you need to stop people from using a share link immediately, you can now deactivate it. This is useful if a link has been shared more widely than intended, or you want to pause access for any reason.

Use Deactivate share link in the Share link status section. You can generate a new link whenever you need one.

Both features work alongside the existing password protection to give you more flexibility in securing your share links.
