— User Interviews and Ballpark integration
Overview
We’ve partnered with User Interviews who give you targeted access to quality participants for any kind of research, at the speed of modern business. With our integration, you can seamlessly segment your own panel for outreach, or recruit from their on-demand network of 6 million people. Source, screen, schedule, and pay participants, all in one place. Here are some of the things you can do with Ballpark and User Interviews:
Recruit from a network of people across 34 countries and all 50 U.S. states
Invite participants to Ballpark studies that belong to organisation’s own user panel using their Research Hub
Reach hard-to-find professional segments that go beyond job-title targeting to layer on skills, seniority, industry, and custom requirements.
Tap in to an accessibility panel of 220,000+ participants
How it works
This integration connects your User Interviews project with any Ballpark study through a straightforward redirect flow. Once approved, participants are seamlessly passed from User Interviews into Ballpark, where their submissions can be tracked. Incentive payouts remain managed directly within your User Interviews project dashboard.
Once you have signed up for an account with User Interviews:
Create a new Project
In the Research activity select Unmoderated
In the Task platform section, press Add > Ballpark
Paste in your Ballpark self-guided share link
Press Preview & confirm set-up to run through your Ballpark study and ensure you are redirected to User Interviews on completion
That’s it! You just need to launch your project and the responses will start rolling in
This means that participants will be redirected to User Interviews at the end of the study and marked as completed. If a participant is rejected during the Ballpark screeners, they will also be returned to User Interviews.
How to view the User Interviews data in Ballpark
Each response will be shown in the data table with the Source column marked as User Interviews. This allows you to distinguish responses that have come from User Interviews, share links or other recruitment partners. You can also configure your data table in Ballpark to display the Participant ID (we refer to this as Partner ID). This is found at the Column menu on the top-right of the data table, then look for Partner ID in the Partner Fields section.
