Heres some of the things you can do with Ballpark and Rally:
Empower teams to run their own research while maintaining company-wide brand and security standards.
Templatize screeners, studies, consent forms, and email outreach to ensure participants have a consistent experience with your brand.
Lean on Rally’s default governance rules or create custom rules to ensure participants aren’t over-contacted by your team.
Recruit from an external panel or from your own user database for Ballpark usability tests.
Send incentives through Rally to thank participants who complete usability tests.
How it works
How to get started in Rally:
Create a new unmoderated test or survey in Rally
When prompted to select the app used for the test, choose Ballpark
Paste in your Ballpark share link
That’s it!
Ballpark will display details from Rally in your responses including:
Participant ID
Study ID
Source of response
Each attribute can be filtered and exported, alongside your study results too!
How to view the data in Ballpark
Once the results start rolling in, you’ll be able to see the source of the response under a new column called ‘Source’. This allows you to distinguish responses that have come from Rally, share links or Ballpark’s recruitment panels.
You can also configure your data table in Ballpark to display additional information from Rally including Participant ID and Study ID. This is found in the Column menu.
