What is a project?
A project is essentially a research study. It can contain survey questions, prototype tasks, video and audio recording.
Can I cancel or switch at any time?
You can manage your plan 24/7 in your account section and cancel at any time.
Any downgrades are immediate and we do not offer refunds for unused time or recruitment.
Do you have discounts for students and non-profits?
Yes! Up to 70%! In both cases, we require some additional verification information. Read more here.
Can I try Ballpark for free?
Yes! Sign-up free for a 14-day trial. We even give you a chance to hire from our panel, free of charge.
What are recruitment minutes?
Recruitment in Ballpark works by hiring participants based on the amount of time you need them. This is counted in the form of minutes.
We use the total minutes required for each test as the currency for hiring.
For example, if you need 10 people to take your test, which will take 5 minutes, then that will be: 10 participants x 5 minutes = 50 minutes required.
How much does 1 minute of recruitment cost?
It currently costs $1.
That means you have the flexibility to run short, low-cost surveys or spend more for longer usability tests.
